Rodney grew up in church and found Jesus during vacation bible school at 7 years old. He surrendered to ministry at 13 and spent the next 22 years serving in various roles trying to find his fit. That fit has turned out to be missions. 

Rodney has had the opportunity to serve God in 10 different countries on 4 continents and the opportunity to share the gospel with people in 7 more countries over the last 11 years. He believes that every Christian is called and able to share the gospel with those around them. 

He repeats the challenge he was issued in 2015 to his fellow church members: You should either go on a mission yourself or fund someone else to go every 3 years. “It is interesting to look back and see the course of your life, to see the things that you wished for that didn’t come to pass, and the things that you never expected that did come to pass, and to realize how they were affecting you, guiding you and working together to put you on the path that God had for you. You can see the presence of His hand in the small and large things in your life once you start to look.”

Isaiah 6:8 – Also I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”
